FINWORKS 4600 is an advanced, high performance environmentally advanced HVAC fin stamping lubricant derived from biodegradable, naturally occurring materials. FINWORKS 4600 has excellent lubrication properties, both in metal drawing and in edge wear performance. This allows more forgiveness for drawing higher collars out thinner fin stock and helps compensate for variances in the drawing properties of fin stock acquired from various mill sources. Reducing edge wear yields lower die cleaning and maintenance costs as well as extended life from pierce punches, enhanced louver tooling, slitters, and cutoff blades.

FINMILL 4782 is a polymeric blend of lubricity additives in a fast drying solvent matrix. This forming lubricant was specifically designed to stamp aluminum fins and tube mill accordion fins in automotive applications.
